Katelyn got a kite for Easter, but we haven't seemed to have enough wind to fly the darn thing or we've completely forgotten about it. (I can't believe I just said we haven't had enough wind in the midwest!) The weather finally cooled down a bit before bedtime and Jack pulled it out. Katelyn was very excited, but it was a bit of a struggle to get this dollar store kit off the ground. With a little patience and practice, it finally made it's first flight! Katelyn was pretty excited and couldn't wait to do it herself.

| And Will....well he couldn't take much more of the excitement. He was ready for bed! One day he'll have a little more fun. Then we'll need 2 dollar tree kites! |
