Dixieland Cruisers Car Show
This weekend we took Monte to it's first GA car show in Savannah. The weather was beautiful (no rain that is) but it did get a little warm in the afternoon. Jack looked a bit like a lobster at the end but nonetheless we had a good time. We were disappointed that Monte didn't win anything this go around although we got lots of compliments. It did seem like the judging was a bit off though. It was a big show with over 300 cars there. It will be fun to take the car to other shows this summer and fall.
This trucks belonged to the couple that parked next to us. They had 2 trucks in the show and both of their trucks won awards for being in the top 40 cars. This cute lil truck was one of my favorites...its a 1949 Chevy pickup and done AMAZINGLY! It was the wife's truck and she even drives it! I told Jack someday I would like one of these :) Can you see me driving one of those?!?

Eviction Notice!
I am issuing 26 day notice for EVICTION. Baby J will have 26 days in which he/she can either gather their belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, action will have to be taken to remove him/her from the property.
Baby J is being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the property, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the property were also made! Remodeling and gutting of the residence was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, late night disturbances have been reported and these will not be tolerated. Tenant is also keeping landlord awake through the night with banging on the walls and loud noises from bottom level of home.
If Baby J doesn’t comply with the notice within 26 days, the result will be an immediate and forceful removal at landlord's discretion.

Why you have husbands
Jack noticed something moving on the blinds in the back room. Well we had a lil houseguest visiting us! I'm just glad that he saw it today and I didn't find it tomorrow when he was at work. Granted the lil guy was only about 4 inches long, I'm not a fan of any kind of reptiles. This must be one of the fun things we'll encounter in the south!!
