I am issuing 26 day notice for EVICTION. Baby J will have 26 days in which he/she can either gather their belongings and promptly vacate the premises, or wait until the final day. After which, action will have to be taken to remove him/her from the property.
Baby J is being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the property, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the property were also made! Remodeling and gutting of the residence was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper AND lower levels of the home. On top of which, late night disturbances have been reported and these will not be tolerated. Tenant is also keeping landlord awake through the night with banging on the walls and loud noises from bottom level of home.
If Baby J doesn’t comply with the notice within 26 days, the result will be an immediate and forceful removal at landlord's discretion.

How true and how completly funny!!!! I had the same convo w/ Leighton! I may not be military, but I hold to their rules of timeliness. Early is on time, On time is late and late is unacceptable!!! And since you are military it is best Baby J learn the rules now! :)
What a creative and funny way to say Baby J is being way too active. Remember when we wanted you to feel him/her kick? Baby J really does need to move on to larger digs. His place is so small that he can't even have friends over. I think he will really like his nursery with more room to kick to his heart's content!
HILARIOUS! This is seriously about the funniest thing I've ever read! Can't wait to show my hubby.
But you did take a chance renting to them...
Yes Jen you are right!
This is so funny! Good job! This needs to be one of those terrible forwards that just keeps on going because it is so well written. I'll be praying Baby J leaves before evicted by force :-).
At least you are doing a proper notice and all...
Cute blog!
Ha ha. What a riot. Erin, you are too cute. Time seems to have flown by. Good luck with the delivery! Hope you get to meet Paula Deen someday.
