Field Trip #2 - Pumpkin Patch!!

Katelyn's preschool class took a field trip to the Deep Woods Pumpkin Patch in Hancock, MO. It was a great day for the pumpkin patch with perfect weather, not very fall like weather, but beautiful none the less! This one was smaller than the one we went to as a family but just the right size for the preschoolers. There were games they could play, corn pit, petting zoo (2 animals -goat and baby pig), hayrack ride to the "pumpkin patch" and the infamous train. The hayrack ride to the patch was kind of a joke in that it just went in a big circle and the pumpkin patch was just walking distance from the barn. Oh well, good enough for the kiddos! This place also had MUCH smaller pumpkins that Happy Hollows - more preschool size ones!

Giddy up Cowgirl!

It was pretty windy!

And then there was snack time! They said a prayer before snack and it was the cutest thing ever!!

And then a class picture! What a great looking group of kids! And they were SO well behaved too!
